Do I need Planning Permission?

 

When you have obtained Planning Permission…

You will, in almost all cases, require Building Regulations Approval.

The detail design of your project will need to satisfy all the requirements of the Building Regulations Approved Documents.

There are 14 Approved Documents (not all apply to domestic works) which must be satisfied. PLAN-TECH will produce sectional and detail drawings and a full specification for your project. For reference:

Approved Document A (Structural safety)
