COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Wotton Farm Shop
A new build farm produce outlet situated in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The design requirement was for an unobtrusive building that would reflect its rural surroundings and also be economical in build cost.
The construction utilises traditional roofing materials and rustic timber clad walls over a structural steel portal frame.
The result is a bulding agricultural in style and appearing to have been constructed many years ago.
PLAN-TECH, in association with structural steelwork designers, also produced the detailed plans for Building Regulations Approval for this project.
